You should not share passwords and codes with anyone else because they are personalposted on 28 May 2012 in Business and FinanceThere are certain things that are considered to be very important and should not be shared any howly with any body without choosing. These mainly cover security codes and passwords that you use to protect your account and site that you visit so it is definite that you would not wish anybody to be accessing your information even without your consent. The Paypal Security code that you are normally given when you first open an account should be a code that you will use all by yourself. You may share it with one person that you trust the most and whom you are sure will never go to your account and do anything without informing you. Point here is to avoid giving out such sensitive details to whomever you feel like without caring what they will do because in the long run you will be the one to loose if someone stile from you as you gave them the right to access details that are personal. Keep your passwords and other important details to yourself so that you are in control of your account at all times. More on this Topic: cracked.com | flickr.com | nationalgeographic.com |

Children Suffer The Most When Parents Part Waysposted on 12 May 2012 in UncategorisedThings just didn't seem to go in the right direction for Sam and Tina. They had been married for 10 years now and had a 5 year old daughter Mini. Every day would begin and end with a quarrel. Eventually they decided to part ways. Sam moved out of the house and they both met with their respective lawyers. Everything related to property and alimony was settled, but both of them wanted to have the custody of their only daughter. They consulted their lawyers regarding parents rights custody. Since Mini was too young to decide for herself as to whom she would like to stay with. The matter had to be resolved in the court of law by the judge. It was decided that Mini would stay with her mother and that Sam could visit her on the weekends. Although Sam and Tina were satisfied by this ruling, Mini broke into tears. She did not want to stay without her father. In fact she did not want to choose between the two. But she had no choice and after much crying she went home very upset. This affected her nature. From being a bright and bubbly child, she turned very quiet and kept to herself all the time. Bob Seger's Ultimate Hits is a Hitposted on 12 May 2012 in Arts and EntertainmentIt is not a secret I am an avid Bob Seger fan. Being a music buff - I've even had a hand in the design of a recording studio - I have his music on vinyl, 8 track, cassette and CD. I enjoy the non-hits as well as the hits, it is all good. I flew 1000 miles in November and took my adult son and a friend to see him in concert in Baltimore. I am a little old to be a groupie, but my heart belongs to Bob. His concerts are fantastic as the aging audience sits through most of the concert, but we know all the words, and are not afraid to sing along. My favorite release is his newest titled “Ultimate Hits”. I have the other Greatest Hits releases, which I have all but worn slick, but this album is something special. It has something from the Bob Seger System all the way to the Silver Bullet. The music includes the tried and true hits: Night Moves and Hollywood Nights, to specialty music, i.e. The Little Drummer Boy. This CD has permanent residence in my car CD player, and I have purchased multiple copies for various friends. I imagine this will remain my favorite until he releases his next album in 2012. My Conflicted Love/hate Relationship with Gardeningposted on 11 May 2012 in Home and GardenMost of the time, it feels like I was meant to be a gardener. Planting seed or putting plants in the ground, watching them grow and flourish, seeing the blooms and then the fruits and vegetable just make me feel that I can do amazing things. Picking a fresh, ripe tomato and making a sandwich or a salad or just eating it as is, it's really more than just the difference in how it tastes. It's the difference between buying a loaf of bread and making a loaf of bread. This time of year is tough enough but this summer has been awful. I'm even thinking of not bothering with gardening and just get myself one of those gazebos and installing it right in the centre of my backyard. We got off to a slow start, it didn't warm up right away, and while this allowed me to try some crops I had't before like romaine lettuce, it also interfered with getting everything started. We didn't get a good share of the plants out that early because we knew they wouldn't do much until it warmed up. So it finally warmed up. Boy, did it warm up! Worse still, it seems to have decided not to rain. Moreover, we had identified a pest problem that would require the purchase of tunnel mole traps to rid ourselves of. So here we are. The garden has to be watered at least every other day to keep it going, but most it isn't doing very much because with the heat the plants aren't really blooming. The zucchini we do get go from slightly too small to pick to huge with nothing in between. The tomato plants don't have as much foliage on them as they have in the past. This reminds me somewhat of a previous year. I planted a fairly large garden and everything was looking fantastic. Even the weather was cooperating. Then one day, we got too much rain, the yard flooded and things were never the same after that. The only real difference here is that this year we only managed to actually put out about 12 plants this time outside of the onions. Who knows what water bill will have before this is over. And, yet, this won't stop me. It hasn't stopped me before, and I know it won't stop me next year. Somewhere out there, I'll have a year where the weather cooperates, I plant everything I want to and I'll be giving away so much produce total strangers will run the other way when they see me coming. It's going to happen, just you wait. More on this Topic: time.com | instructables.com | walgreens.com | rottentomatoes.com |

The Importance Of the Third Party In Resolving Disputesposted on 10 May 2012 in UncategorisedThe best way to solve arguments is to get a third part involved. The third party - a mediator- needs to be someone who is not biased against one person or the other, but someone who can look at the problem objectively and from a factual standpoint. A school counselor or teacher may be able to help students or other staff members at school resolve issues. A parent can resolve arguments between two siblings. A family friend, relative, or marriage counselor can help resolve arguments between a husband and wife. The nonchalant third party helps people work past arguments without the “he said she said” mentality. They may also offer knowledge or opinions that the two arguers may not realize or know. The third party helps people work past their problems and resolve issues that they themselves may be disputing too much to resolve. This can help save many friendships and relationships if you are only willing to meet on common ground.Source: maumeelawncare.com |

2012 Is All About Budget, Budget and Budget Again!posted on 7 May 2012 in Business and FinanceThe key to managing your money effectively is to take regular time out of your schedule to budget. Allocating a set amount for expenditure will allow you to spend within your limits and not go into debt. Any spreadsheet program will facilitate this for you, or you can do it by pen and paper if you are less technologically minded. I keep a text document up on my computer which I edit regularly, in order to monitor how much I am spending. At the beginning of the month, write down all your planned income (salary, investments, allowance, other earnings) and all your planned expenditure (utility bills, rent or mortgage, debt payments). The money you have left over is your budget for that month. I divide the month into 4 equal sections (a week, or a little longer) and allocate the available funds equally across each section. This is the set amount you have to spend on food and luxuries. If, once you have paid for your food and other essential costs that week, you have a sum leftover, feel free to either save this or spend it on a treat for yourself or loved one. The key to not overspending is to buy the most essential items first, then the luxuries, rather than the other way around, as this may leave you short on things that you really need to buy. Some Quick And Essential Tips To Selling Onlineposted on 6 May 2012 in Internet RelatedThe first step is to decide where you want to try selling: eBay, Craigslist, or even get your own website. I work for a web design company in Sheffield and I can tell you that the job of choosing a web design firm can be bewildering - you really need to do your homework. If you're selling on eBay, you need to decide if you want to do an auction sell, or a Buy It Now sale. If you do an auction, you choose an amount that you want as your starting price. You also have to decide whether to have the buyer pay for shipping, or if you want to charge for shipping. There is a step in listing the article where you can set it up so the buyer can calculate the shipping, which is a good idea. Most buyers like to know the exact cost of shipping before they bid. Another method is to put a shipping cost that will be the same for all buyers. You have to let the buyers know if you want them to pay through PayPal, by check, or by money order. PayPal is the simplest and safest, but it does cost to use PayPal. My choice for selling is eBay and I have had few problems selling there. It is very interesting to see where the people live who buy your items.Further Research: citysearch.com | peoplefinders.com Further Sources: cbsnews.com | enotes.com | cnn.com |

My Younger Brother's Unforgettable Wedding Experiences Before And After Open-heart Surgeryposted on 6 May 2012 in UncategorisedMy brother has searched for true love his whole life, looking for that happily ever after ending. In the past, Jeremy had dated some sweet women, and once he even got engaged, buy one of those dazzling engagement rings to mark the event, but eventually, they realized they weren't meant to be, so they decided to break up. We were all surprised when he introduced us to his new neighbor, Emily, who lived right next door to him. Quickly after meeting, they fell in love. Emily had a young son whom Jeremy treated as his own. After what seemed like forever (which was actually only a few months), Jeremy proposed to Emily with a delicious sugar cookie that asked, "Will you marry me?" They got engaged last October and set a wedding date for June of 2010 little did they realize that they would be getting married much earlier than summer. In January of this year, Jeremy found out that he had a large heart aneurism, and that he needed emergency surgery. Because he is very athletic and young (in his 30s), the doctors were quite shocked about his condition. The doctors recommended that my brother and his fiance have an "emergency wedding". That way, it would be legal for my sister-in-law to take care of him after his open-heart surgery and she could be with him in the ICU during his hospital stay. Jeremy and Emily tied the knot in early February at a lovely wedding venue in Derbyshire. Only direct family members attended the small, bittersweet ceremony there were 20 attendees in all. There was not a dry eye in the whole church especially during their vows of "in sickness and health". A couple of weeks later, Jeremy had his open-heart surgery. If he hadn't had the surgery when he did, doctors say that the aneurism would have burst within a year and that Jeremy would have died. Fortunately, the surgery was a great success and my brother is alive and healthy today. Four months later, June arrived and Jeremy and Emily were ready to joyfully renew their vows in front of 225 family members and close friends. After the "second" ceremony, we all went to the beautiful reception hall which was decorated in pink and white roses. After eating an delicious dinner, Jeremy surprised everyone with a heartfelt slideshow of Emily and him when they were little, and how far they've come over the years. Again, there wasn't a dry eye to be found. During the dance, the floor was packed. We danced to songs like "Party in the USA", "California Gurls", and even "OMG". until 1:00 a.m. At the end of night, we all videotaped special messages meant for the happy couple and congratulated them one more time. Thank God for true love and miracles!Other Sources: cnet.com | bbc.co.uk | wnd.com | ed.gov Further Research: yellowpages.com | buzzfeed.com | thefreedictionary.com | webmd.com |

Some Things We All Surely Hate While Drivingposted on 3 May 2012 in Cars and TransportNowadays almost majority of the people drive with their own motorbikes, cars and so on, and we've all experienced the dreaded traffic jam. As a van roofracks salesman, I'm often stuck in of those hellish jams cursing the day I took my job! Because of such problems, people while driving get totally frustrated. Traffic jams usually get cleared after long waiting time, and thousands of man hours are lost. Most traffic jams are caused by poor driving - drivers not driving in the appropriate lane being perhaps the biggest reason. If you've ever driven on a motorway and see someone hogging the middle or even outside lane, you'll know exactly how traffic jams are formed - by a one car blockage to an important lane which quickly builds up a queue. Then the queue itself acts as a major blockage - a viscious circle ensues and there you have it: one perfect traffic jam. Further Sources: usmagazine.com | wunderground.com |

Extending the Life of Your Home with a Growing Familyposted on 1 May 2012 in Home and GardenOur current home is a two bedroom home. We have a large garden with room enough for a garden office in the centre of it. We have an unfinished basement that is used for storage, and a finished attic with sloping ceilings. The attic is the length of the house, with skylights, windows on either side, with hardwood flooring throughout 60%, and carpet on the other 40%. Our two kids currently reside in the two bedrooms downstairs, and my husband and I use the finished attic as our bedroom, and office. The sloping ceilings make it a difficult space, and perhaps when the children get older, we may make the kids move to the attic and we would move downstairs. Ideally, to continue living in this house with our growing family, we would need to raise the roof on the attic, square off the top floor and add a new roof. This would enable us to make the attic into two bedrooms and add a bathroom. Another option would be to finish the basement, despite the low ceilings, and make half of hte basement storage, and the other half a family/game room that the children could use with their friends as they grow older.Further Reading: webmd.com | shopzilla.com | howstuffworks.com |

Our Next Remodel Will Be the Best Yet: Hardwood Floorsposted on 1 May 2012 in Home and GardenHaving completed our garden - recently with a purchase of a gazebo (that I attached two security led gu10 bulbs to) - now it's the daunting task on renovating the house. We've finally decided to make the leap and get rid of all of this nasty carpeting. Our condo deserves the wood floors on the main level that we've been talking about for years. We're ready to say goodbye to the pasty white carpet that has been collecting dirt since we moved in and welcome the new gorgeous hardwood floors! It's definitely going to be our most expensive renovation but once we put our mid-century furniture on the floors that they were made for, I'm sure there will never be an ounce of regret. Picture the living room with dark and polished hardwoods, a cow skin rug, lots of plants and my favorite Eames chair. Did I mention how much it will improve the value of our investment? We fully expect for our whole place to brighten up and get this house once step closer to being our perfect home. I can't wait to go to the store to pick out the wood!Other Sources: chacha.com | pinterest.com | www.ledlightszone.co.ukFurther Reading: enotes.com | cbsnews.com | nydailynews.comOther Sources: uncoverthenet.com | snopes.com |

Are You Afraid to Voice Your Opinion? Don't Beposted on 19 April 2012 in UncategorisedAn employee of mine always kept her council during meetings. I had to coax some words out of her each and every time. I could see she was suffering from some kind of anxiety, and was reluctant to speak in front of her colleagues. And yet she was and is a brilliant worker, full of wonderful ideas. It was as frustrating for me as it was for her to see her clam up in meetings, afraid to speak, and frustrated by her fear. I eventually had a quiet word with her and encouraged her to see a speech therapist - they can also help with fear and anxiety. I said "let's do this now - the sooner you're helped, the better!". I typed in speech therapy india in Google to help her on her way and she researched a therapist she'd be comfortable with. She's only two weeks into her therapy but already I'm seeing significant improvements.Other Sources: tagged.com | publicrecords.com | www.integratedtreatments.co.uk Further Sources: nih.gov | beyonddiet.com |

Importance of Bt Customer Support and Help Servicesposted on 19 April 2012 in TechnologyThe twentieth century will forever go down in history as the greatest century in technology. It was during this century that humanity created one of the most brilliant and innovative inventions up to date, the internet. During the early and fragile years of its existence, the internet was an unknown enigma to many. This has changed over the years and today almost all three billion people who constitute the bulk of the earths demographic bulk are internet literate. Browsing the web has further been made easier with the introduction of broadband and cell phones. Bt broadband is one of the many that is used in the world. Users of bt broadband are constantly in need of bt customer help services to inquire about various services offered by the UK based broadband company. This can be done either through the phone or through the internet. However, many persons opt for the telephone because they can talk to a live person who will be able to explain in details and in an understandable manner. This is contrary to using the internet where sometimes the information given may not be enough or may not be understandable to many.Other Sources: walgreens.com | thefreedictionary.com | www.ihelpline.com Other Sources: merriam-webster.com | chacha.com | yellowpages.com | homedepot.com |

Finding a Beautiful Dallas Fenceposted on 16 April 2012 in Business and FinanceWhen I watched the premier episode of the Dallas-Themed show GCB, the first thing that I noticed was how their lawns were so polished and beautiful. I did a little bit more research and found out that homes in Dallas were really well kept and there is a style to the fencing that they use called a Dallas fence. Basically all it means is that it’s a superimposed, over the top grandeur fence which signifies royalty and stature in the world of fence making. I guess its true, everything is bigger in Dallas. When I tried to look for a company that could do a Dallas fence there was only a few that had it in their construction list. I was lucky enough to find a good contractor that listed it in a fair price and used the best materials to construct the Dallas fence design. After two weeks of bustling and hustling the fence was finally finished and I am really happy with the turnout. Further Sources: cbsnews.com | telegraph.co.uk | deviantart.com |

My Garden from the Depths of the Evil Lord's Lairposted on 14 April 2012 in Holiday and TravelIf I was to share my garden experience, it would be condensed into one word: hell. It is unbearable, it has weeds and infestations of several types of maggots. Oh how I wish I had my friend's garden adjoining their french farmhouse- a joy to behold, with its lovely flowers and enough lawn space to setup a gazebo kit there for an impromptu party. I enjoy this hobby, but would like for it to go right for once. I have more types of weeds in my garden than types of flowers, in fact, the only flower that will grow in my garden is the dandelion. The dirt is so poor that I could use it for adobe brick material. All in all the garden is a mess of demon flowers and dirt that belongs to the lord of darkness' lair. I successfully grew habaneros in the seemingly lifeless soil, and after much joy, they died the day I was set to pick them. Maybe I would be better off going to the farmers market in town and buy my food there. As for flowers, I will resume buying them at the local florist. My garden is a lost cause.Other Sources: wellsfargo.com | rottentomatoes.com | dordognevilla.net More on this Topic: huffingtonpost.com | reuters.com |

My Husband: the Ever Reliable DIY Guy Around the Houseposted on 12 April 2012 in Home and GardenI have never been keen on the carpet in the bathroom. It is not easy to keep clean and in a damp environment will soon lose its freshness. My husband was aware of my dislike for the carpet in our bathroom, so he really should not have been surprised to come home from football one Saturday to find it on our front door step. Ironmongery is my hubby's trade, so I know he's capable of DIY. It does not take long to pull up a carpet and underlay nor does it take long to visit the local DIY store to buy floor tiles, fixative and grout. With great enthusiasm, I decided that this was a job I could tackle on my own without my husband's help. I chose some attractive ceramic tiles and some mosaics to put around the border and proceeded to lay out my pattern, consulting my DIY book as I went along. This was where I hit my first stumbling block. "The floor should be flat, and if necessary covered in hardboard or plywood", was the instruction. I found a spirit level and discovered to my surprise that there is quite a slope on my bathroom floor. Suddenly my task looked a little more difficult. With a new, level floor, the bathroom door would also need to be raised. I had a quandary, do I persevere or do I return my tiles and consider painted floorboards? It was at this stage my husband arrived home. He is a good and patient man. He never complained when he found that I had redecorated our lounge while he was away for a weekend. He did not mind when the new furniture that I ordered arrived. He does, however, tell everybody about the Sunday he spent fixing our bathroom floor, rehanging the door and changing the bath panel. Should I tell him I have plans for a deck in the garden?Other Sources: ed.gov | gizmodo.com | ironmongery.jewson.co.ukMore on this Topic: movieroomreviews.com | about.com | edmunds.com |

Renewables: Close, but Not There Yetposted on 7 April 2012 in TechnologyOur primary source of energy is getting scarcer and scarcer by the year, so it is definitely high-time to seriously consider alternatives. Renewable sources like wind, heat pumps, and solar power are definitely one of the most common suggestions and can, even currently, get us a long way there, but they definitely aren't there yet. The thing is, they work. They can be efficient and effective and it's probably even possible, albeit expensive, to almost completely switch to renewable sources. Their efficiency is getting better each day, so that's not a problem either. The issue is the average person has no way of switching to renewable sources. Governments aren't really helping with the transition, and the average person simply cannot afford to switch to something like solar or wind power. I can even say this personally. The desire to switch exists. The options exist. The finances, however, do not. Even if it does pay for itself in a decade, I simply do not have the money at this point to unplug from the grid. We will get there, though. The price is steadily decreasing and I will definitely be considering the switch in the future. We just aren't there yet.Further Research: newsvine.com | capitalone.com Further Sources: itv.com |

A Glass of Milk Before Bed Timeposted on 5 April 2012 in Health and BeautyFor as long as I can remember I have had problems sleeping not only me but so was my younger sister Amita. When I started working though it got worst and thankfully for Amita it seemed like a phase which she outgrew. Back then I used to work at a call center where my nights were turned into days and I had to sleep during the day as my work hours were at night, I had what they call the graveyard shift. During the days sleep was still a problem and I would already consider myself lucky if I could manage to sleep for at least 3 hours straight. I mentioned this problem of mine once to a physician who conducted our annual physical examination and she gave me several Sleeping Tips which helped considerably. One of the things she recommended was that I drink one glass of full cream milk before going to bed. She also suggested upon knowing that I love music to have a play list of soothing music continually playing until my mind slowly drifts to sleep.Other Sources: tagged.com | thefreedictionary.com | www.healthywizard.com |

How I Believe Office Life Can Be Improvedposted on 1 April 2012 in Business and FinanceAlthough I now freelance from home, for many years I worked in a cramped, stuffy office environment. Everyone had to wear certain clothing, produce a certain amount of work every day and attend a certain amount of meetings each week. Oh, how management also could have done with talking with performance consultants too - the place was so unproductive. It was the same-old, same-old day in and day out, and it was a miserable work existence. In hindsight, I believe that office life can be improved if corporations invested time and resources into making work a fun, intellectually challenging place to spend your time. For example, instead of going to structured meetings, employees could play games to learn how to meet company objectives. Additionally, I think it would be a great thing if all office employees got to work in a different place one day per week. I think that this change of scenery would be great for morale and would help employees see work problems in a different light then they would sitting in the same old cubicle in the same old office.
